What do I do if I am experiencing uploading trouble?

  1. Try resetting your browser settings or trying a different browser all together (Chrome gets cranky with our uploader sometimes). 
  2. Check that your submission matches our requirements. Videos larger than 150 MB tend to have uploading and picture/audio syncing issues. 
  3. Make sure there are no symbols present in your file name. 
  4. If all else fails, please email support@zooppa.com. 

We review all content before publishing it to the site so there may be up to 24 business hours before you see your content on the site. Don't be alarmed! If you are uploading near the deadline, you may want to check in with us to ensure that it made it through.
