What if I encounter technical difficulties while uploading?

If you encounter issues while uploading, please contact support@zooppa.com. If you are downloading close to a deadline (3:59PM PT) contact support as soon as you notice technical issues. 

General Information Regarding Upload: 

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after uploading. All submissions go through a moderation period before they are pushed live onto the site, that can create a delay, do not panic! A second email should arrive once your submission has published to the site. (Unless it’s a confidential project). It can take a business day before it will appear. If you are unsure if your submission was uploaded correctly, please contact support@zooppa.com
