You can see all active projects on community.zooppa.com, after logging in.
By clicking on the specific project, you can join it directly by uploading your content, using the orange "Upload" button in the upper right corner of the page.
A window in which you will be shown the valid formats (eg mp4, mov, jpg, pdf) for the upload will open; click on the "upload" button and choose the file to insert.
Wait until the content has finished loading, it may take a few minutes, so we suggest you start the operation a little earlier than the closing time of the contest.
If the content is being processed, don't worry - continue to insert all other required information and materials; the system is converting the file.
As you fill in the required fields, further fields will appear in which you will be asked to enter all the materials necessary for the specific project (i.e. attachments, images, etc.).
Title, description, and confirmation of personal data are mandatory fields.
Audio releases, talent releases, declaration of contents and general regulations can also be downloaded during upload. We suggest you to prepare in advance all the needed documents (which you can find in the "Materials" section of each contest) so you will be able to upload them together with your content.
(The documents must be printed, signed and scanned, or you can also use the authenticated digital signature.)
To complete the upload, click the acceptance of the terms and conditions and click on "Complete".
You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the successful upload. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and check directly on your profile if the content is actually present.
