You forgot your Zooppa username or your email address
If you forgot your Zooppa username you can try to reset your account password with all the previous emails you have access to. In the case that you do not remember any of your emails with which you previously used Zooppa please send us a request and we will try to identify you and associate you with your old account.
You remember your username and your password but you cannot login
First of all: have you tried to reset the password?
Make sure that:
- There isn't a typo in your username or password.
- You've entered your full email address. For example, "email@example.com" instead of "username@gmail."
- Caps lock is turned off.
- Your keyboard is in the right language.
Refresh your browser and try signing in again.
In the case you still cannot get into your account send us a request with a screenshot of the error screen along with your login email to Zooppa.
