Every video uploaded to Zooppa must be encoded by our servers in order to be visible on our website.
This process might take few minutes to complete depending on the file size and resolution.
After a successful encoding process, we'll send you an email (to your Zooppa registration email) to notify you the submission has been published on the website.
If you don't receive an email within 30 minutes of uploading (check spam folder) please contact our staff though this form, including:
- Your Zooppa Username
- The uploaded submission title
- The project you've uploaded the content to
- Time of upload
With this information we can find your video and fix the encoding process.
